The Modulation Sciences
Television Stereo Generator is the acknowledged leader in

The Television Stereo Generator (TSG)
is widely regarded as the BTSC Stereo Generator which is easiest
to set-up and maintain. All test and set-up is done from the
front panel. The TSG also provides the most accurate level-set
of any BTSC generator.
Features of the TSG include a digitally
synthesized stereo baseband, PRO and SAP channel inputs with
built-in metering of injection levels for both, audio processing
in addition to BTSC noise-reduction, and a semiautomatic
loudness control. Advanced features include multiple composite
outputs with various active balanced-unbalanced options,
Left and Right or Sum and Difference input formats, DC meter
output and remote metering, built-in monitoring of all functions
needed for mutlichannel television sound and front panel
out-of-phase alarm.
